XA-Cortex is for optimal functioning of the brain.
Phosphatidylserine from XA-Cortex is a phospholipid that occurs in all the cells in our bodies, but mostly in high concentrations in the membranes (cell walls) of brain cells. 70% of the nerve tissue in the brain even consists of phosphatidylserine. In times of stress or of prolonged mental efforts the need for phosphatidylserine is great.
Ingredients
Phosphatidylserine,lysophosphatidylserine, other phospholipids and glycerides, soy oil.
Directions for use
1-3 soft gel capsules a day (morning/afternoon/evening). Swallow with water before meals.
